2. Information We Process

• Media and editing data on your device: Source videos and audio, thumbnails, video metadata, face and subject detections, masks, edit settings, project files, and exports. This data stays in the App's local storage unless you choose to save or share an export through iOS.
• Anonymous account identifiers: On first launch, the App creates an anonymous account without asking for your name, email address, phone number, password, or social account. We process a device identifier (the identifier for vendor, or a randomly generated identifier when unavailable), a random user ID, and an anonymous session token.
• App and system information: Platform, App version, preferred language, and limited device or system information needed to create the anonymous session, provide App functionality, secure the service, and verify subscriptions. Standard network information such as IP address and request timestamps may also be processed when the App connects to a service.
• Purchase and subscription information: Product identifiers, purchase events, restore events, and current Pro entitlement status supplied through Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card number, Apple Account password, or complete Apple Account profile.
• Support communications: If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and support request.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Create and maintain the anonymous App session;
• Display subscription products and verify Pro access;
• Complete purchases and user-requested purchase restores;
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve App functionality;
• Respond to support requests;
• Comply with law and protect our users, rights, and services.

4. Local Media Processing and iOS Permissions

Video Blur uses Apple's media frameworks and on-device computer-vision tools to analyze and render videos locally. Importing uses the system photo or file picker. Saving to Photos uses add-only access after you choose to save an export. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet, and the destination you select is responsible for its own privacy practices.

5. Service Providers and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose limited information only as needed to operate the App:

• Apple: App distribution, StoreKit product information, purchases, subscription management, and restores. Apple Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription product information, purchase events, and Pro entitlement verification using the App's anonymous user ID. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Infrastructure providers: Hosting, networking, security, and technical services used to operate the anonymous account service.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local projects and exports remain on your device until you delete a project, clear local App data, remove the App, or manage copies saved to Photos or another destination.
• Anonymous account, session, and subscription records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain accurate entitlements, secure the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
• To request deletion of server-side anonymous account data, contact vhoto.ai@gmail.com. We may ask for limited information needed to locate and verify the anonymous account associated with the request.

7. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

Video Blur does not contain third-party advertising, advertising attribution, cross-app or cross-website tracking, or analytics telemetry. We do not use collected information to build advertising profiles or share it with data brokers.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Anonymous session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, and local project data is protected by the App sandbox and applicable iOS file-protection features. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal or complain to a data protection authority. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis. Contact us to exercise a right. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Video Blur is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. International Processing

Our company and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
